Youth Alliance for Sustainable International Development- YASID and YES Bangladesh jointly with the support of tourist police Cox’s Bazar celebrated International Volunteer Day 2020 ( IVD 2020) with the participation of 15 volunteer organization representatives, volunteers and youth leaders from Cox's Bazar District.

The International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development (5 December), more commonly referred to as International Volunteer Day (IVD), is an international observance mandated by the UN General Assembly in 1985.

The celebration was started by the National anthem and the founder of the YASID kept a Welcome speech addressing the importance of youth volunteer responsibility and contribution for a peaceful world towards the participants. The CEO of the YES Bangladesh thanked and pointed out the importance of youth Partnership to impact Largely with united power at the district.

We always give priority to volunteers to express their feelings in front of the public. 15 representatives from volunteer organizations kept individual presentations sharing their volunteer activities and upcoming plan for next year.

 

S M Suza Uddin, country manager of Artolution in Bangladesh, Shiek Palash, co-founder Youth Nexus, Toufiq Lipo, chief head of news, The territorial news-TTN, Comrade Gias Uddin, president, Cox's Bazar Society delivered inspirational and suggesting speech to the volunteers been Especial guest of the programme.

Zillur Rahman, Sp tourist Police was the chief guest and inspired to the participants by his commendable speech.
